Way back when a LONG, LONG time ago, I used to believe that you had to follow that (silly) no white after Labor Day rule. How sad and boring is that? You can 100% wear white pants ANY time of the year, regardless of where you live, as long as you style it with seasonally appropriate pieces. I mean, I think we can unanimously agree that there is NOTHING more chic than a full on winter white look. I purchased this pair of white, high waisted, wide leg trousers by House of Harlow 1960 from Revolve this past summer. They were always the perfect foundation for an instantly chic look. Recently, I realized that I was guilty of overlooking them for the last few months. I decided, with it being halfway through winter and for all those doing “No Shop January”, that it would be the perfect time to style this look as a reminder of those summer pieces collecting dust during these colder months.
I paired the high waisted trousers with a French tuck (read: only tucked in the front) tan oversized sweater and leopard pumps. I recently purchased this emerald green coat from the Zara sale (sadly sold out now) and when I added the coat – I just loved the rich jewel tone against the more neutral palette.

These leopard calf hair pointy pumps are such a fabulous quality heel for under $100 and they’re an additional 30% off right now. I can’t even remember when I purchased them…but it was at least 2-3 years ago and they are still in great shape! Plus this sweater is only $20 right now. Both heels and sweater fit TTS.
